Fred, you are now and forever an inspiration. Thanks for being #Unstoppable ! ❤️🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏼Today I want to tell you an inspirational story of a man with a goal in mind and the urgent need to get his health back for his own sake and the sake of his family. Fred Flaherty arrived to our Bootcamp beginning of February asking for help and one goal in mind: breaking the 200 pound barrier. He weighted 235 #'s then. He told us his story and health issues, he asked for our help, and he had the motivation and willingness to do whatever it took to achieve his goal. He joined our first 6 week challenge and lost 22 pounds by April. Fred was doing boot camp religiously 3 times a week, he did an initial Detox week, and 5 weeks of a low Glycemic diet with the help of the TLS products. Fred continued boot camps at least 3 times a week, a low glycemic diet with the TLS products. This week he broke the 200 pound barrier and weighted 198#'s. He is stronger and healthier than he has been in decades, and his health problems are slowly going away. You should see Fred doing boot camp with us and kicking ass!! He is a different man 3.5 months after his journey began. This man is a true inspiration to us and we are so proud of him and his amazing achievement. Fred continues boot-camping with us to meet his next goal of 180#'s and join one of our obstacle races at the end of the summer! 😉 Congratulations Fred!!
