Use www.fitlb.com and click โ€œTabata This.โ€ For โ€œNumber of Tabatasโ€ enter 5, for โ€œRest Between Tabatasโ€ leave it at 1:00, for โ€œRounds Per Tabataโ€ enter 5, for โ€œTime Onโ€ enter 45 seconds and for โ€œTime Offโ€ enter 15 seconds.
