I got into weightlifting back in 2008 while I was in college. Although I had no prior knowledge besides what I saw online, I became comfortable with my training and quickly found myself being asked questions about my workout routines and my diet from curious members in my gym. It was then that I decided to get a certification and learn the science behind exercise and nutrition. Since then I have worked with many sports clubs and privately with personal clients training for a variety of goals including weight loss, functional training, and sports conditioning. Today, Boston Fit Body Bootcamp presents a happy medium where I can challenge groups of clients with intense boot camp sessions and still focus on individual training on the side.
Over the years I’ve found that providing a challenging, effective and educational workout experience leads to sustained success. I believe that exercise is more than just conditioning for the body, it builds the foundation for a healthy mind and healthier lifestyle. Once I can get someone to see and understand their improvements over time, everything else falls into place and their goals become much more attainable.
