What is this all about? We ask you to come to 30 minute bootcamps 3 or 4 times a week (at your own convenient schedule) and we ask you to follow our very effective and healthy low glycemic diet (you’ll be buying your own veggies, proteins, and fruit at your grocery shop). That simple! Average lost is 7 – 12 lbs in 3 weeks! No jokes. Our challenge is fool proof and very effective if followed properly. Our clients lost over 6,000 lbs combined in the last year!!

Here’s the deal:
– When do we start?
Orientation is on Monday September 29th at 7:30 pm in our gym, same day we start the official challenge on Monday September 29th with a Detox Week. If you can’t make it to the orientation please schedule a consultation meeting with us at 617-337-3738 or email us at carol@FBBCBoston.com
– What do we do?
We Boot Camp at least 3 times a week (yes we do -your own hours- but we expect your commitment to this) and follow a low glycemic diet that starts with one week of Detox (TLS Weigh Loss Solution program). We will weigh you, measure you, and take before pictures here at the orientation night.
– What else?
We measure you, weigh you, and take pictures of you every week. We are a results driven gym, your fitness goals is our mission! We follow your progress through the Fit Client App and you join the FBBC Boston closed Facebook support group. You will have tons of support throughout the 21 Day (and it’s only 3 weeks before Thanksgiving! you can do this!). Expect to lose 7-12 pounds.

Unlimited group personal training sessions. We currently offer 73 sessions a week and you can come as many times as you like. All sessions are lead by our passionate personal trainers to keep you safe and motivated.
No cookie cutter nutrition program here. At the heart of our program is our custom nutrition program.
We will ensure you are eating the optimal amounts of protein, fats, and carbs to optimize your bodies ability to burn as much fat as possible over the 6 weeks.
ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT
You will be assigned your very own coach who will help guide you every step of the way and hold you accountable via weekly progress reports. We also have a VIP Private Facebook Group where your peers and our entire team of professionals will help keep you motivated and supported throughout Challenge.
