So, what is this all about?
We ask you to participate in a 30 minute bootcamp, 3 to 4 times a week (we have tons of classes from early morning to later in the evening to accommodate your schedule) and we ask you to follow our very effective and healthy low glycemic diet (you’ll be buying your own veggies, proteins, and fruit at your grocery store). It’s that simple! Average weight loss is 12 – 18 lbs in 6 weeks! This is not a joke! Our challenge is fool proof and very effective if followed properly. In total, our clients lost over 6,000 lbs combined last year!!
And why does it work?
Because WE HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE! We will be teaching you a system that is realistic to follow and maintain. Every week, we will be weighing and measuring you (in our famous 3D Scanner machine) to ensure that you stay on track to your goal (don’t worry, this is all done in a private setting). The customized diet we provide is delicious and easy to follow. We hold your hand every step of the way. It’s a two-step recipe for success: 1.) Come to our high energy, high rewards bootcamps and 2.) Enjoy healthy, delicious food from the daily recipes that we provide.

Great question! The answer is very simple, with our program you won?t only lose weight, you will keep it off!! Our goal is not to teach you how to diet, it?s how to live a healthier life style! There is no magic pill involved. We will teach you how to differentiate healthy from ?bad? foods, but not at the expense of eating bland meals. We will provide you with hundreds of great tasting, easy to make, healthy recipes that you will guide you towards a healthy lifestyle. Our 6 Week Transformation Challenge Starts on Monday, September 23rd with a mandatory orientation at 7 pm on Thursday Sept 19th (There will also be a make-up orientation on Saturday Sept 21st at 10:15 am). The orientation is critical to your success as we will cover the program basics along with a quick weigh-in and your photo. This challenge is a great way to start off your Fall 2019 on a healthy note! What’s holding you back? It’s time for a new year and a new you!

When do we start?
Orientation is on Thursday Sept. 19th at 7pm in our gym (there will be a make-up orientation on Saturday, Sept 21st at 10:15 am). We will start the official challenge on Monday, September 23rd with a Detox/Reset Week. What do we do?
We Boot Camp at least 3 times a week (yes, this needs to be done, but we have times throughout the morning and evening to accommodate your schedule) and we follow a low glycemic diet that kicks off with a week one Detox (TLS Weigh Loss Solution program). We will take your baseline measurements immediately following the orientation class.
What else do I need to know?
Every week, we will be weighing you in and measuring you to track your progress (you are going to love tracking your progress!). We are a results driven gym, so your fitness goal is our mission! We follow your progress through an app called Fit Client and you will be entered into the FBBC Boston Facebook support group (this is a private, closed group). You will have tons of support throughout the 6 Weeks (think about it, only a month and a half!). Based on our results, you can expect to lose 12-18 pounds, but sky is the limit!

Unlimited group personal training sessions.?We currently offer 73 sessions a week and you can come as many times as you like.?All sessions are lead by our passionate personal trainers to keep you safe and motivated.
No cookie cutter nutrition program here. At the heart of our program is our custom nutrition program.
We will ensure you are eating the optimal amounts of protein, fats, and carbs to optimize your bodies ability to burn as much fat as possible over the 6 weeks.
ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT
You will be assigned your very own coach who will help guide you every step of the way and hold you accountable via weekly progress?reports. We also have a VIP Private Facebook Group where your peers and our entire team of professionals will help keep you motivated and supported throughout Challenge.
