I think I was born to be an athlete since I was 10 years old. I always try to participate in any kind of sports competition which leads me to strive to reach my goal which is being all-around athlete. I believe there is lot to do and more room to improve that’s why I do not stop till achieving my goal.

 Favorite exercise: Intensive cardio while lifting the weights.

“Enough is NOT enough” is a philosophy I’ve lived by during my whole life and it’s a mentality I expect my clients to adopt when they train with me.  My journey started when I was a kid and worked my tail off as a 3-sport athlete: Basketball, Baseball and Football. On that note, I have a really competitive drive and I always want to win, and expect the same from my clients. You should want to win and achieve all health-related goals you have for yourself.

To be “healthy” is to be physically fit, mentally conditioned and in well-being.  I hope to help all of my clients overcome any obstacles they may have and achieve these “healthy” conditions with my experience.  My experience includes: A Nationally recognized Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), multiple internships and 5+ years experience in the industry. During my 5+ years of being in this industry I’ve worked with multiple types of people with arrays of fitness related goals.  I’ve worked with people ranging from D1 athletes, to adolescent children, to the average adult. Aside from these credentials, I plan to further my education in health and fitness for years to come.

Coach Jannice (JA-NICK-UH)

I graduated Franklin Pierce University with an MBA in Business Leadership, played four years NCAA DIV II Soccer; three years NCAA DIV II Track and Field. I am Originally from Härnösand Sweden, where I excelled as a young sprinter, I began my athletic career training and competing in the National Track &Field Program.

Coach J took the long way to Charlestown, Massachusetts via New Hampshire, after bouncing through Australia and South East Asia on working holiday.  Although adventurous and bold in her lifestyle, she is calculated and efficient in her approach to personal fitness.

The journey as a trainer has brought me to one conclusion, “You cannot heal the body selectively; you must treat it as a whole” Anonymous. Therefore, I specialize in dietary balance of daily living and weight loss, as well as strength and conditioning of the full body. As a CPT, I focus on detailed program development. I have designed strength and mobility routines for circuit classes up to 30 people down to one on one training for individuals requiring more goal oriented training or clients needing regression throughout their fitness routines. I have held nutritional seminars for basic education as well as designing nutritional programs helping clients reach their weight loss goals. I have used nutrition as a primary tool for competitive body building. My style of training focuses on form by using the Functional Movement System also known as FMS and high levels of intensity. With my training you will understand using the basics in combination with focus and commitment will create optimal goal achievement.

Coach Khalid (KUH-LID)

I’m from Atlanta, Georgia, graduated with a bachelor in Nutrition and a minor in Exercise Physiology. Nutrition Educator at Umass Extension program, Nationality Qualified NPC bodybuilding competitor. I enjoy teaching people new things and helping them achieve their goals.
